Due to the COVID crisis, Judge Lee extended the deadline requiring the State of NC and the NC State Board of Education to develop a plan of action regarding the findings and recommendations in the WestEd report . The State Board of Education and Gov. Roy Cooper’s Administration filed a joint plan on June 15, 2020. You can read the full plan here.
